What to Expect
This is a practical, interactive workshop exploring neurodiversity at work, the challenges people encounter and the conditions that help people work effectively.
There will be opportunities to contribute to discussions, explore workplace situations, answer anonymous polls and ask questions.
You do not need any previous knowledge of neurodiversity. You will never be expected to disclose a diagnosis or share personal experiences.
There are no right or wrong answers to the discussion questions. The aim is to explore different perspectives and understand what works in practice.
